of the holidays! It was a wonderful month of December.  So wonderful I didn’t find time to make a post.  Husband made it home December 6th and we had a lovely, lovely time while he was home.  

I am kicking off the new year (2020????) with simplifying, recycling, decluttering and preparing for us to downsize our empty nest.  I am really looking forward to the next chapter of what has already been a blessed life.  

We are starting to look for a smaller home and preparing this one to put on the market.  We have a beautiful home and we have loved living here, but it is time to find a place suited for two people.  We also have to think toward Husband’s retirement in a few years. So, the winds of change are a-blowin! 

I hope to be sharing some more sewing, crafting and baking posts very soon.  I stay very busy I am just not sure what it is I do all day!
